Was ist so spannend an unserer Tätigkeit?

Arbeit im Büro, Akten, Statistiken, Zahlen, Formulare, Gesetze, Verwaltung, Publikumsverkehr. Wenn dir bei diesen Stichworten nicht langweilig geworden ist, sie sogar im Gegenteil für dich nach einem aufregenden Arbeitstag mit spannenden Aufgaben klingen, bist du für die Ausbildung zur Verwaltungsfachangestellten gemacht. Diesen Beruf kannst du in vielen öffentlichen Einrichtungen ausüben, z.B. an Universitäten, aber auch in den meisten städtischen Ämtern und sogar in der Landes- oder Bundesverwaltung. Du kannst dich also für ganz unterschiedliche Fachbereiche entscheiden, wenn du dich um eine Ausbildung als Verwaltungsfachangestellter bewirbst. 

Wie läuft die Ausbildung zum Verwaltungsfachangestellten ab?

In der Ausbildung zur/zum Verwaltungsfachangestellten bei der Gemeinde Laer wirst du kennenlernen, wie eine Kommunalverwaltung funktioniert. Du wirst in deiner Ausbildung verschiedene Fachbereiche und Dienststellen durchlaufen und dort unterschiedliche Dienstleistungen für den Bürger erbringen. Autos an- und abmelden, Personalausweise beantragen und verlängern, Baugenehmigungen und Sozialhilfeleistungen beantragen – für all diese Dinge wenden sich die Bürgerinnen und Bürger an die Mitarbeiter im Rathaus.

Da es sich hierbei um eine duale Ausbildung handelt, wirst du den Arbeitsalltag im praktischen Teil der Ausbildung kennenlernen. In der Berufsschule wird dir die Theorie vermittelt. Im praktischen Teil bekommst du einen Überblick über die Struktur der Verwaltung, z.B. hinsichtlich der innerbetrieblichen Arbeitsteilung und der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und den Mitarbeitern. Insofern sieht dein Tagesablauf während der Ausbildung immer wieder anders aus und du kannst schon während deiner Ausbildungszeit herausfinden, in welchem Bereich du später arbeiten möchtest.

Was ist so spannend an unserer Tätigkeit?

Es wartet eine fundierte, spannende und sehr bwechslungsreiche Ausbildung auf die Azubis. Wir sind ein modernes Unternehmen und scheuen uns nicht vor der Digitalisierung. Jeder Azubi erhält zum Ausbildungsbeginne ein eigenes IPad, um das Lernen und Arbeiten in digitaler Form kennenzulernen und sicher anzuwenden. In der Ausbildung werden in unserer Bank alle Abteilungen durchlaufen (Kundenservice, ServiceCenter, Kundenberatung, Organisation, Controlling, etc.). Somit lernen die Azubis den direkten Umgang und Kontakt zu unseren Mitgliedern und Kunden kennen und erfahren auch, welche Prozesse „hinter den Kulissen“ einer Bank laufen.

Die Azubis sind auch an Projektarbeiten beteiligt und können sich somit auch mit eigenen Ideen in unser Unternehmen einbringen. Auch bankübergreifende Schulungen durch die Genossenschaftsakademie sowie der Blockunterricht
am Genossenschaftskolleg in Münster stellen eine intensive Betreuung durch die komplette Ausbildunge sicher. Auch nach der Ausbildung bieten wir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten der Weiterbildung an (Studium, Fortbildungen und Seminare), die teilweise finanziell von der Bank unterstützt werden.
